The Lee village website

This site provides a guide to the Chiltern communities at: The Lee, Lee Common, Hunts Green, Kings Ash, Lee Gate and Swan Bottom, which together make up the Buckinghamshire Parish of The Lee, described as “the prettiest village amongst a host of pretty villages” (The Lady).

Activities in Ballinger

In the village of Ballinger Common, there are a number of Clubs and Societies, as well as the Ballinger War Memorial Hall.

Tennis Court at the Lee

The Lee Cricket Club

The Lee CC has a growing and maturing Colts section, and the Club is proud of its growing reputation for excellence. Over 100 children are registered for soft ball coaching on a Friday night, with the older children receiving hard ball coaching on a Saturday morning and are delighted that some Colts are playing at District and County level.

Ballinger Waggoners Cricket Club

Based in the heart of the Chilterns, cricket has been played at Ballinger for over 60 years, and the Club now draws players from all over Bucks.

Lee Common Scouts

Beavers / Cubs / Scouts at The Lee. The Scout group provides scouting activities for boys and girls from the age of 6 to 14 years in Beaver Scout (6yrs to 8yrs), Cub Scout (8yrs to 10 1/2yrs), and Scout (10 1/2 yrs to 14yrs) sections Contacts.
