Hilltops Ukrainian Support Community held a heartfelt gathering in Ballinger War Memorial Hall on the 14th November . We joined the project by Mrs. Mariia Hyshpil-Petrynets, “THE POWER OF MEMORY: FROM PAIN TO HEALING”, aimed at supporting children affected by war and preserving our Nation.

A special highlight was the master class in making white fabric angels. Each angel created, together with the signed flag, becomes our collective voice: “No war on the entire planet!”

The angels created will become part of the upcoming exhibition “UKRAINE IN ANGELS’ MEMORY FOREVER”. Mrs. Mariia has already organized five exhibitions, including the summer exhibition this year in London, dedicated to the memory of children killed by war.

Most importantly, our community continues to grow successfully, bringing Ukrainians together and taking part in meaningful projects — including the Angels project.

We sincerely thank everyone who joined us, and a special gratitude goes to Mrs. Mariia for her inspiring work and dedication to Ukrainian culture. Together — we are strength!
